Hawaii Hamakua - 70% Dark Chocolate

The beans for this bar come from the beautiful Hamakua Coast on the Island of Hawaii. Rainfall is abundant here from the trade wind. This area used to be famous for its sugar cane. We then fermented the beans near Kailua Kona.

Tasting notes: Caramel, Tropical Fruit, Hazelnut.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, organic cane sugar.

May contain traces of nuts and dairy.
