Why not 'Unlimited Chocolate'? Because we have no intention to ever produce mass market chocolate. All our batches are made from the highest quality beans, crafted to bring out the best flavors. It is a time consuming and labor intensive process that allows us to produce only a limited amount of chocolate. But it is well worth it!
